Absolutely! LIVERIA officially launched about five months ago, and what inspired me was the opportunity to craft a boutique real estate firm that truly caters to the needs of UHNWI. I wanted to go beyond traditional real estate and offer exclusive, off-market properties that appeal to discerning clients. From the moment we launched, our aim was not just to sell properties but to curate high-value investments in prime locations.

It’s been an exciting journey since then, and the progress has exceeded my expectations. The market in Mauritius is competitive, but we’ve positioned ourselves as the go-to firm for luxury buyers, and we’re now expanding to Dubai and London as well.
